It doesn't come as a complete shock that the founders of Ben & Jerry's would ideally want a weed-infused option in their ice cream repertoire. Just take a look at some of their flavors (Phish Food, Half Baked) and tell us those weren't dreamt up with a case of the munchies in mind.

The ice cream duo behind some of the world's most anticipated flavors revealed in a HuffPost Live interview earlier this week that they would definitely be open to weed ice cream, should the drug become more widely legalized. "Makes sense to me," Ben Cohen explained. "Combine your pleasures."

Jerry Greenfield seemed to be even more adamantly in favor of the idea; "It's not my decision. If it were my decision, I'd be doing it, but fortunately we have wiser heads at the company that figure those things out." While co-founders Cohen and Greenfield don't necessarily make the executive ice cream decisions anymore, the brand is certainly known for its innovative flavor choices, so who knows what could happen in the future?!

And for those ice cream fans living in states where marijuana has already been legalized, cannabis ice cream isn't exactly a novel experiment. A quick Google search revealed several "pleasure-combining" recipes, and even a video tutorial.
