Having a few frozen meals stashed in the freezer for emergencies can be a total lifesaver. But, if you're a fan of precooked dishes from Amy's Kitchen, you might in possession of tainted products.

The company, which prides itself on its natural canned and frozen foods, is recalling over 73,000 cases worth of products due to possible Listeria contamination. A batch of organic spinach that was used to make a variety of dishes might not be safe to eat. Affected products include frozen lasagnas, bowls, and breakfast wraps that were distributed across the United States and Canada.

Find the entire list of recalled products here. Consumers who purchased any of the tainted foodstuff should either throw it away or bring it back to the store for an exchange or refund.
