We love rosé because it's arrival is a strong signal that spring and summer have arrived. At New York's Union Square Hospitality Group, which owns the brand-new Untitled at the Whitney, among others, they love rosé wine so much they created a special promotion, Drink Pink, to raise money for charity and promote the wine during the month of May.

The brainchild of USHG's chief restaurant officer Sabato Sagaria, Drink Pink takes place at the group's Union Square Cafe, Gramercy Tavern, Blue Smoke, The Modern, Maialino, Untitled, North EndGrill, Marta, and Porchlight through the end of the month.
