If ice cream cakes were easier to make, they'd be my go-to dessert for summer. But they require so much damn assembly, I never end up eating them as much as I want to (although this Slutty Brownie Ice Cream Cake is #worthit.) But I dreamed up an easier alternative to a traditional layered ice cream cake that's for all the Oreo obsessives out there (you know who you are).

This ice cream tart only sounds fancy. There are two important shortcuts that make it SO EASY: You create the easiest-ever Oreo crust by crushing up Oreo cookies (scrape off the frosting) in a food processor and mixing with melted butter. You then press that mixture into a tart pan and refrigerate until solid, at least 30 minutes—no baking necessary!

Once you're ready to serve, simply scoop cookies 'n cream ice cream all over the Oreo crust and drizzle with melted Hershey's Cookies 'n Creme bars (my new favorite way to devour these) and chocolate syrup. Yes, it's that easy, and it looks swanky AF.
