7 Cheesecake Hacks For True Cheesecake Obsessives
Transform a store-bought cheesecake into something spectacular.
There's no doubt that at Delish we take cheesecake seriously. We love mini cheesecakes (Can't.Get.Enough), and we'd never pass up cheesecake dip. But like any sane cheesecake fan, we wanted to take our addiction to the next level, a.k.a. create ways to binge on the beloved dessert beyond a standard slice (such an amateur move). You COULD make your own cheesecake, but we suggest you follow our lead and use a store-bought cake for these hacks.
WHITE CHOCOLATE-RASPBERRY CHEESECAKE BALLS
Use a cookie dough scoop to create balls out of cheesecake (I used raspberry here for the nice swirl, but you can use any flavor really) then dip them in melted white chocolate and freeze on a parchment-lined baking sheet for an adorable portion-controlled dessert for you or a party.
CHEESECAKE PANINI
Like a grilled cheese, with cheesecake. Layer cheesecake filling on a slice of brioche or challah and heat in a panini press until warm and gooey.
FROZEN CHEESECAKE-GRAHAM CRACKER SANDWICHES
Dare we call this the new ice cream sandwich? Cheesecake squares are sandwiched between graham crackers, studded in chocolate jimmies, and then frozen, making for a truly decadent frozen treat.
