Summer is the season of shrimp. We really can't get enough of it. We're newly obsessed with wrapping it in foil packs along with corn, andouille sausage, and potatoes. We can't get enough of it in a light lemony angel hair. And now we've found our new favorite way to flavor shrimp: cajun seasoning.

We've been on a cajun kick for a hot minute now. We made a stuffed cajun chicken that was so bangin' we can't stop making it. But this linguine takes our cajun love to the next level. And it couldn't be easier to make. Also, you'll learn how to make a simple Parmesan cream sauce that you'll want to use on everything.

While the water is coming to a boil, get started on shrimp. Cook them in cajun seasoning and salt and pepper and then make sauce: butter, flour, and heavy cream will create a creamy base that lightly coats the noodles and creates a delicious match for the spiced shrimp. You'll be on the cajun train in no time.
